Like so many of the Island’s visitors we have an international background having been born and raised in the UK and then moving to Canada and finally ending up here in the paradise that is Anna Maria Island.

My name is Michael J. Northfield and the Broker owner of Anna Maria Island Realty. I offer a boutique style of personal real estate service. I accept only a small number of clients and work with them throughout the entire process of securing a piece of paradise. My service starts with helping you to find the property that best suits your needs, and continues through the negotiating, financing and closing phases of the transaction and if needed including help with renting the property. This service applies both to domestic and foreign customers.
