Sales on new homes soared in August Nation wide.  New home sales increased 18% over the prior month, and the rate of sales is as high as back in may of 2008.  Regionally it increased almost 8% in the southern United States.  Locally here on Anna Maria Island there is also no shortage of new construction or sales thereof.  And it is not just rentals being built, custom and semi custom homes in the residential areas on the canals are popping up everywhere.  The long wait is almost over with the first one of the Magnolia Beach Views coming near end of construction, as well as the new build Bradenton Beach Views with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as the Intercoastal down to Sarasota.  Stay tuned to see more pictures of our new homes.
